Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help. Please review the policies below, as our Online Return Policy and In-Store Return Policy are different.
Online Return Policy (Website Orders)
Applies to all orders placed through our website and shipped within Canada or the United States.
Eligible Returns
Full-price merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original method of payment within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, all merchandise must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- Free of perfume, smoke, makeup, deodorant, pet hair or any other signs of wear
- In original condition with all original tags attached
Returns are inspected upon receipt. Wish List YYZ reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- A $15 CAD restocking fee applies to Canadian orders returned in full.
- A $25 USD restocking fee applies to U.S. orders returned in full.
- Shipping, duty and customs charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping, duty and customs costs.
Final Sale (Online)
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:
- All merchandise purchased from the Sale section of our website
- Accessories
- Intimates
- Swimwear
- Jewellery
- Gift cards
In-Store Return Policy
Applies to purchases made at our Mount Pleasant boutique.
Full-price merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only.
Returned merchandise must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- Free of perfume, smoke, makeup, deodorant, pet hair or any other signs of wear
- In original condition with all original tags attached
Returns are inspected upon receipt. Wish List YYZ reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Please note: Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.
Final Sale (In-Store)
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded:
- All merchandise purchased from our in-store Sale section
- Accessories
- Intimates

- Jewellery

Returning an Online Order by Mail

Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Clearly write your RA number on the outside of your package or include it with your return. Returns received without an RA number may be refused.

Ship your return using the carrier of your choice to:
Wish List YYZ
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Wish List YYZ is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
Please ensure your items are securely packaged and include your original invoice or order confirmation whenever possible.
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your return has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.
