Shipping & Online Return/Final Sale Policy

FINAL SALE ITEMS: 

- All items purchased from the Sale Section of our website are FINAL SALE. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. 

Sales are also final on all accessories, intimates, jewellery and gift cards. 

 

RETURN POLICY:

Canadian online purchases at FULL PRICE may be returned by mail for a full refund to the original method of payment (less shipping costs) within 14 days of the delivery date with original packaging. Canadian online purchases may also be returned to our Wish List YYZ Toronto store location for store credit or refund. 

Your item(s) must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging and/or with the original tags attached. Please note: all returns are subject to validation and approval by Wish List YYZ and that Wish List YYZ reserves the right to limit or refuse a return, at its sole discretion.

All shipping and duty charges are non-refundable. Any shipping or duty costs are at your expense for any items returned by mail.

This return policy if for online/website sales ONLY.  For clarification regarding in-store purchases, please refer to your emailed and/or printed sales receipt.

TO RETURN BY MAIL:

-  Returns are accepted within 14 days of ship date in Canada and 21 days internationally.

- Please email us with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return so that we have it on record and can provide you with a return authorization number (RA). The return authorization number must be written on the outside of the package or the original packing slip must be included inside the package, or goods will not be accepted at time of delivery.

- Send your return to Wish List YYZ, 629 Mount Pleasant Rd, Toronto, ON M4S 2M9, Canada,  using your preferred, trusted courier and retain the tracking information for your reference.  Please note Wish List YYZ is not responsible for any delays or missing items during return shipping. You are responsible for all shipping and duty costs associated with the return.

- Ensure that all items are packed and sealed securely using the original packaging, if possible; and that your original invoice or order confirmation email is included. All items must have their original tags attached.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and your refund will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type.

 

RETURN TO STORE - FOR ONLINE/WEBSITE SALES ONLY:

-  Returns are accepted within 10 days of the shipping date & in-store pickup confirmation date, in Toronto only.

- Bring your original invoice or order confirmation email along with the item(s) you would like to return, to the Wish List YYZ's store at 629 Mount Pleasant Rd, Toronto, On, M4S 2M9, Canada. 

- All items must have their original tags attached.

- Store credit or Refund available for in-store returns.
